What ages do you serve?

Our programs are designed for children ages 5–13, with age-appropriate progressions in movement, strength, and confidence. You’ll see options tailored by age and level when you select classes.

What kinds of classes do you offer?

We blend martial arts, gymnastics, yoga, calisthenics, and movement science to build coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. You can browse and register in Select Classes.

How do I enroll my child?
  1. Create or log into your parent account.
  2. Add your child in Add Child.
  3. Go to Select Classes to choose a session.
  4. Complete checkout and sign the waiver (you’ll be prompted if needed).
Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. A parent or legal guardian must agree to our liability waiver before a child participates. You’ll be guided through this during registration. You can also view your documents in your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (processed securely via Stripe). Your receipts and billing history are available in Payment History.

Are payment plans available?

Some sessions may offer payment plans. If a plan is available, you’ll see it as an option during checkout or in class details.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

We handle refunds case‑by‑case. Weather‑related cancellations or coach‑initiated cancellations are valid grounds for a credit or refund. Missed classes for reasons within your control typically are not refundable; when possible we try to offer a complimentary make‑up session. See our Terms for details.

How do I manage my registrations?

Open your Dashboard to view upcoming classes, registrations, and options to manage details.

How does the Live Gallery work?

Families can view a private gallery of class moments in Live Gallery. To keep things fresh and relevant, uploads are supported within 72 hours after a class session. You’ll see which sessions you can post to when you visit the gallery.

What should my child wear/bring?

Comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle are perfect. If a uniform or specific gear is required for a program, we’ll list it in the class details and/or provide it on the first day.

How do you handle safety and medical information?

Please include allergies, medications, and relevant notes on the child profile and registration form so coaches can prepare appropriately. We safeguard information per our Privacy Policy.
